The Day Spa is located in the Peninsula within the bay area. This project included Tenant Improvement build-out of a leased space within an existing, one-story, single-tenant building; involved the creation and design of 7 treatment rooms, 2 restrooms, 1 shower room, a reception space, lounge area, and office.
